The guy how had this built was clearly nuts. Replica is a replica even though it would have parts from the same brand.
Even though the builder supposedly had a correct reference model, the roof line is badly of. It looks like a kit car using windows for some other car. And to build this, they seem to have gone to some Nascar parts bin. And no wire wheels in a 250 GTO? Borrani still makes these, so there shouldn’t be any reason not to have these.
I wonder if this poor thing is the one that had to be the donor. It was for sale in this condition two years ago.

I mean you gotta go to Rod Tempero to get something thats amazingly close to the real deal. That’s a million dollars or more.
This is maybe half that. But its maybe 70% of the real deal...
